STANDARD UK DELIVERY
UK delivery takes 2 – 5 working days. Please allow upto 7 – 10 working days for your order to reach you. All orders are either sent by couriers or by our own drivers.
Please note we do NOT deliver to the folowing postcodes.
KW, GY, JE, IM, ZE, HS, BT, ISLE OF WIGHT.
We have a showroom and warehouse that have a collection facility. To avoid disappointment or wasted journeys, please make sure you call us prior to arranging a collection to ensure we have stock of the item 01924 58432. Collection is FREE of charge.

Delivery charges are £30 for deliveries to UK mainland, any orders over £600 qualify for FREE delivery, please note that delivery to following post codes are chargable PA, G, EH, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, TR, SA.
Delivery times are between 8.00am & 6.00pm. If there is the likelihood of delay or we are unable to fulfill an agreed delivery date, we will contact you in advance to discuss alternative options. No items will be left in garages/sheds etc. Any missed deliveries will incur a re-delivery charge. We have developed a very reliable carrier delivery service but it is possible due to unforeseen circumstances that an order may not reach its destination within the stated time frame.
At ComfyySleep.co.uk we want every customer to be completely satisfied with whatever they order from our store, we know how important it is to get exactly what you want, especially if it is for your own home or project. Whether it be a large or small order we are more than happy to accept returns.
You can return your order up to 30 days after the day of delivery, providing it is in resalable condition. Please note resalable condition is in its original packaging unopened. Seven days gives you adequate time to check your order and inform us of your wish to return. Resalable condition will be checked when the order is returned, please carefully open your order without ripping through packaging, most products can be carefully opened with a knife down the lines of tape. If you do not meet the below requirements we cannot accept a return. Please feel free to call one of our team if you have any further questions.
BY UK Law refunds have to be made within 28 days from the date return. However, as a company we believe this is too long and we work to a 7 days cleared funds refund policy, but it is often much quicker. If the product has a fault we will look to replace the product at our cost as soon as you make us aware with photo evidence to email@example.com If you simply change your mind about your order we will give you a full refund with any delivery costs deducted. You are also able to return the product yourself but this has to be prearranged with our office. All defect photos have to be emailed to us within 48 hours.
